Zac Held represents the next generation of Colorado real estate - strategic, globally aware, and deeply focused on delivering value. A licensed broker since 18, he began his career with Compass, contributing to one of the state’s top luxury teams while developing expertise in market analysis, valuation, and negotiation.
He graduated summa cum laude from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business with a concentration in Business Analytics, earning the prestigious Outstanding Concentrator Award. As President of the LOCK Honorary Service Society and Co-President of the Questrom Honors Program, Zac honed the leadership and mentorship skills that now shape his client relationships.
His internship in London with Encore Search expanded his understanding of international markets and executive-level research, enriching the analytical framework he brings to property strategy and pricing. Whether assessing investment potential or crafting a marketing narrative, Zac’s approach blends logic, creativity, and storytelling.
Beyond business, Zac is passionate about history, classical music and travel - having studied medieval British history (and hosting a thriving British history media platform with significant daily audience), and lived in London’s South Kensington. His ability to connect across cultures and disciplines gives him a unique edge in serving a diverse clientele—from first-time buyers to global investors.
