Raised in Boulder, Colorado, Michelle Clifford has called Colorado her home since 1969. She has been involved in real estate for over 30 years, and has also worked on multi-million dollar capital construction building projects for many years. She was born in West Lebanon, New Hampshire and moved to Colorado at the young age of one. 55+ years later, Michelle is still here and loving it. She has traveled extensively and has lived in a few other places over the years: namely Washington, DC; Denver, CO; Linkoping Sweden; Munich, Germany; and St Petersburg, Russia.
Michelle grew up around Real Estate. Her mother was an office Broker and owned the first Real Estate office (Boulder Homes) located inside a shopping mall – in Crossroads Mall, now 29th Street. Her father was a Scientist and Director with NOAA which is what brought them to Boulder when he finished his PhD at Dartmouth.
Michelle started her direct involvement in Real Estate in 1991, buying and selling and acting as property manager/landlord for many homes all around Colorado areas. Michelle works in Denver, Boulder, and Winter Park/Grand, Vail/Eagle communities extensively with her team.
Michelle has degrees in Electrical Engineering, Applied Math, and Russian from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She spent many years in the high tech industry, which enables her to have expertise in the electronic part of the Real Estate world. With over 95% of home buyers starting their search on the internet, it is important to build an online strategy when listing your home, that includes visibility on the internet to get your home sold.
Michelle has 2 children that attended Douglass Elementary, Platt Middle, Fairview High School and Boston University. Both kids are in Boston which launched the team expansion to Greater Boston area. One will be relocating to London which expands further our global strategy in real estate investing, practicing what we preach. Growing up, Michelle and the kids enjoyed martial art form Muay Thai and kickboxing.

GRI: Michelle earned the "Graduate, REALTOR® Institute" (GRI) designation in 2007, by attending a specific, intensive series of a minimum of 90 hours of classroom instruction, covering subjects from: contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance, and risk reduction. They've learned the fundamentals of brokerage and other areas of real estate specialization.
