Over the past two decades, she has implemented large-scale operations and fulfillment strategies that support agents through every phase of a transaction—from contract to close—ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
In 2014, Carrie took the systems and tools she developed in-house and founded 5280 File Management, creating a scalable transaction coordination platform that allows agents to grow without sacrificing service quality or compliance. Her approach blends structure with flexibility, giving teams the freedom to focus on clients while she safeguards timelines, documentation, and workflow.
Having lived in Colorado since 1993, Carrie brings deep familiarity with local practices, contract requirements, and market rhythms across the Front Range and mountain communities. She’s known for her calm under pressure, proactive communication, and ability to anticipate challenges before they become problems—qualities that make her indispensable to both agents and clients.
